Some days eating a Paleo lifestyle is Hard, some days it feels easy. Some days I feel sorry for myself that I cant eat yummy bread and bagels anymore and some days I feel empowered that I’m making awesome food choices for myself and my family. And sometimes I fall off the wagon and have to start over. I’m feeling the need for a reset. I have mostly stayed on the course, but have been making some bad choices, which lead to more bad choice, and well you know.
That’s why I’m starting this blog. As a way to keep journa,l and make self stay the course. Plus lately I’ve had some friends and family interested in this whole Paleo thing and wanting to give it a try. I’m hoping this will help them as well.
Everyone has a different reason of why they are trying this. For myself its a Autoimmune Disease that I don’t want to rule my life, for my husband it was to lose weight. “FYI he has already lost 50 lbs whoop whoop”
I hope to give myself and others some yummy recipes, and inspiration.
